In Lord of All, D. James Kennedy and Jerry Newcombe define this Christian world-and-life view by considering the six main spheres of influence that Christians should be working to strengthen, from the global and national levels down to the church and the family.

Those with anti-Christian worldviews are working hard to push God out of these spheres, and as Christians we are called to reclaim them for Christ/5(7). The second novel in Anne Rice's hugely ambitious, moving, and masterful portrayal of the life of Christ, following Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt.

It’s a winter of no rain, endless dust, and talk of trouble in Judea. All who know and love Jesus find themselves waiting for some sign of the path he will eventually take/5(). Out of Egypt (Christ the Lord, #1) and The Road to Cana (Christ the Lord, #2)Series Works: Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt.

This book is a photocopy of a book. The print is tiny and often blurry. I wanted the Life of CHrist by Fulton Sheen which I clicked on. This book came up and I didn't notice the discrepancy until it got here.

I tried again to order the Fulton Sheen book and this one came up again. I finally got the one by Fulton Sheen to come up for ordering/5. Praise for Christ the Lord “Riveting Rice's book is a triumph of tone -- her prose lean, lyrical, vivid -- and character. As he ponders his staggering responsibility, the boy is fully believable -- and yet there's something in his supernatural empathy and blazing intelligence that conveys the wondrousness of a boy like no other/5().

The Life of Our Lord is a book about the life of Jesus Christ written by English novelist Charles Dickens, for his young children, between andat about the time that he was writing David Copperfield.

The Life of Our Lord was published in64 years after Dickens' death. A Christian, Dickens wrote The Life of Our Lord exclusively for his children, to whom he read it. HE IS LORD OF ALL, CHRIST IS LORD OF ALL, LORD of my life, LORD of my will, and it is the deep desire of my heart to follow Him daily recognizing His Lordship because I belong to Him by creation, regeneration and redemption, and He is the Savior of my soul.

Christ The Lord: out Of Egypt is written as told by Jesus during his seventh and eighth years of life. It begins in Alexandria Egy. pt and is told as a child would who seeks to learn about his origin, who He is and why He is here. S.M. Life knits everything back together again—in a similar manner as we are told in the psalms that a baby is knit together in his mother’s womb.

Life ties things together, and this is why Christ is our life. In Christ, all things hold together. In The Lord, Guardini wishes to present a correct understanding of Jesus by writing about his life and person, with all the limitations which the subject necessarily imposes.

Although Christ lived in a specific historical milieu, and though knowledge of the forces at work in it furthers an understanding of him, Guardini states that a biography of Christ is practicable only within the Author: Romano Guardini.Christ the Lord.
